Returns & cancellations

Please review these store terms before ordering and contact us before arranging a return.

Inspection and reporting

Inspect shipments when delivered and report any claim within 24 hours of receipt. Record packaging or product damage on the delivery paperwork and keep photographs.

Returns of undamaged items

Notify the showroom of a return no later than 24 hours after receipt. Undamaged returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable; the buyer is responsible for repackaging and return transportation costs.

Returned items must be in their original packaging with no signs of use, wear or damage. The showroom inspects returned items before deciding whether the return is accepted in full or in part.

Cancellations and special orders

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. The published store terms also list a 25% return shipping fee for shipped orders; ask us to confirm the charges that apply to your order before purchasing.

Special orders have a 48-hour cancellation window. The delivery method cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.
