CUSTOMER CARE

Privacy policy

Updated October 6, 2026. This notice describes the Love Home Furniture website and its inquiry, membership and usage features.

Information you choose to share

When you email or call us, we receive the contact and order details you share to respond to your inquiry. Inquiry emails are composed in your own email app; they are sent only when you send them. This website does not collect payment card information.

Membership and the welcome offer

If you register, we store your name, email, welcome code, registration date and redemption details to manage the offer and prevent duplicate use. A secure cookie remembers your membership on this browser for up to one year. Registering does not subscribe you to marketing email.

Registration requests are rate limited using a short-lived hashed identifier derived from the request address. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of your membership information.

Your browser preferences

Your language choice and inquiry cart are saved in this browser. You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser storage; this also removes the saved cart and preferences on this device.

Website usage

The site records page views, product views, inquiry-cart actions and clicks on phone or email links. Events include random visitor and session identifiers, time, referring website, country and device category. These help us understand overall website use.

The analytics visitor identifier is renewed after 90 days. Usage records are kept for approximately 90 days, with older records removed periodically. These usage events do not include membership names, email addresses or inquiry-message contents.

Usage tracking is skipped when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Hosting providers also process request details needed to serve and protect the website.

Maps and other providers

Product images and fonts may be loaded from external providers, which receive the requests needed to display them. Google Maps loads only after you select the map button or open a directions link; Google’s privacy terms then apply.
