Delivery and assembly
Delivery options, lead times and charges depend on the selected furniture and destination. Provide your ZIP code, floor, stair or elevator access and any building delivery requirements when requesting a quote.
Ask us to confirm whether assembly, room placement or packaging removal is included in your written quote. Delivery arrangements are confirmed with your order.
Measure before ordering
Check the furniture dimensions and the entire delivery path, including doorways, stairs, elevators and turns. Share tight spaces or access restrictions with us before confirming the order.
When your furniture arrives
Inspect the packaging and furniture at delivery. Note damage on the delivery receipt, take photos and contact the showroom promptly. Published store terms require claims within 24 hours of receipt.
